L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation Créée il y a plus de 100 ans par la SNCF pour faciliter la mobilité des cheminots, SOFIAP, Société Financière pour l’Accession à la Propriété, est un établissement financier bénéficiant de la force de deux grands groupes: La Banque Postale (66%) et SNCF (34%). SOFIAP est le spécialiste du Prêt Immobilier Subventionné par l’employeur à destination de ses salariés. Notre rôle : proposer un dispositif sur-mesure, conçu avec les entreprises permettant de répondre à leurs objectifs RH (attractivité, fidélisation, QVT, RSE … ) tout en accompagnant les besoins de financement du logement des salariés pour leur permettre de devenir propriétaire, d'augmenter leur pouvoir d'achat et de se créer un patrimoine. Nous innovons pour transformer l'accès à la propriété en un véritable levier RH ! Produits présentés Le Prêt Immobilier Subventionné permet aux entreprises de proposer à leurs collaborateurs un financement à conditions préférentielles, avec une prise en charge des intérêts du prêt déterminée par l’employeur. Cet avantage améliore le pouvoir d’achat des salariés, leur permet de devenir propriétaire et renforce leur ancrage territorial. De plus, ce dispositif renforce l’engagement et la fidélité des collaborateurs.
