L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation L'IA est un enjeu de compétitivité clé pour les entreprises. Dans un contexte où l'IA est de plus en plus présent dans notre quotidien au travail, pour l'adopter de manière durable et optimale, il est primordial de comprendre son fonctionnement et ses limites. EscAIpe forme les collaborateurs, managers et dirigeants pour qu'ils puissent comprendre, apprivoiser et exploiter l'IA de manière éclairée à travers une approche ludique et engageante. L'objectif est double : renforcer la compétitivité des entreprises françaises en exploitant pleinement l'IA et éviter une nouvelle fracture numérique en démocratisant son accès et sa compréhension à tous les niveaux de l'organisation. Produits présentés EscAIpe propose une formation à l'IA en 2 heures sous forme de serious game. à travers un Escape Game digital, les participants doivent collaborer directement avec l'IA pour résoudre des énigmes. Ensuite, 3 vidéos de 5 mins permettent de revenir sur les concepts clés mobilisés pendant l'activité pour bien comprendre le fonctionnement de l'IA, ses opportunités mais aussi ses limites et ses risques. C'est une approche de formation plus ludique et engageante qu'un format classique car elle allie réflexion, immersion et collaboration. La formation est principalement réalisée en présentiel mais est compatible avec un format distanciel. |
