L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation Kalent est une société fondée par 3 associés en janvier 2024. Edouard Vaudour, notre CE0 et ancien head of growth chez Foodles, souhaitait reproduire son succès dans la génération de leads pour les commerciaux, mais cette fois sur le marché du recrutement en facilitant au maximum la mise en relation des recruteurs avec les candidats. Kalent est ainsi né pour répondre aux blocages récurrents que les recruteurs rencontrent dans leurs pratiques de sourcing actuelles telles que la difficulté à cibler les bons profils dans le sourcing, trouver des coordonnées à jour des candidats ou encore réduire le time-to-interview grâce des campagnes de messages automatisés/personnalisés sur différents canaux. Produits présentés Avec Kalent, notre agent IA vient à partir d’une annonce d’emploi faire un matching avec plusieurs millions de profils pour vous présenter les meilleurs talents et ensuite va les contacter sur linkedin, email, what’s app pour savoir si ils sont à l’écoute d’opportunité. Si c’est le cas, notre agent pourra directement booker un créneau dans l’agenda du recruteur selon ses disponibilités. En entrée, nous avons une offre d’emploi et en sortie des entretiens avec des candidats qualifiés. A savoir qu’il y a toujours de la validation humaine, « human in the loop » qui intervient à 2 étapes: la validation des profils et la validation des messages d’approche. Le résultat ? Un recrutement qui met 3 mois en moyenne met seulement 3 semaines avec Kalent.
