L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation Dupsy est un projet à impact qui vise à déstigmatiser et réduire les troubles liés à la santé mentale, tels que le stress chronique, l’anxiété et le burn-out. Notre mission : permettre à chaque collaborateur d’accéder facilement à un accompagnement psychologique, tout en aidant les entreprises à améliorer la QVCT Nous proposons une solution hybride, à la fois digitale et physique, conçue pour répondre aux besoins des salariés, RH et dirigeants. Grâce à des questionnaires pulse, nous analysons les dynamiques internes de l’entreprise afin d’identifier les problématiques majeures. à partir de ces analyses, nous fournissons des recommandations concrètes et des plans d’action adaptés, accompagnés d’un outil de suivi pour mesurer l’évolution et l’impact des actions mises en place. Avec Dupsy, les entreprises disposent d’un levier puissant pour préserver le bien-être de leurs équipes et favoriser un environnement de travail plus serein et performant.
