L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation POPEI accompagne les organisations dans la mise en oeuvre de politiques sociales inclusives, avec ses plateformes MIMOSA, pour les animateurs de politiques handicap et PACRET, pour les assistantes sociales. POPEI est une suite d'outils de gestion qui réconcilie la mission sociale et la recherche de performance, pour un dialogue transparent avec les partenaires sociaux. Elle se distingue par la capacité de prise en charge des exigences les plus élevées en matière de protection des données et son interface avec les DSN qui objective, standardise les règles de calcul des indicateurs de suivi. POPEI accompagne depuis 14 ans des entreprises françaises engagées comme BPCE, BNP Paribas, Laboratoires Boiron, CEA, Crédit Agricole SA, Decathlon, Generali, Leroy Merlin, SFR, SNCF, Valeo. Produits présentés POPEI - Un logiciel collaboratif qui permet tout à la fois la traçabilité et le suivi des DOETH (Déclarations Annuelles) et le pilotage des plans d'actions, par exemple, en matière de maintien dans l'emploi : instruction interne des demandes d'intervention, stockage sécurisé des titres de reconnaissance, interactions entre référents handicap et mission handicap centrale, reporting. PACRET - Un logiciel qui fournit aux assistantes sociales des outils pour faciliter le suivi quotidien des dossiers des salariés, leur permettant de se concentrer sur l'accompagnement humain tout en simplifiant la gestion administrative.
