Près de 250 exposants ont présenté leurs dernières solutions en matière de gestion des talents, de formation digitale et d’automatisation des processus RH. L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

| Présentation Créapix est une agence de communication basée à Puteaux – La Défense. Depuis 1992, notre équipe met son savoir-faire dans le domaine du graphisme et de l’image au sens large au service des projets de communication interne ou externe d’entreprises de tous horizons. Si nous avons un solide savoir-faire dans le print depuis plus de 30 ans (de la carte de vœux au rapport d'activité, beaux livres, journaux d'entreprise, etc.), nous avons rapidement étendu la gamme de nos prestations vers le digital et la vidéo. D'après nos clients, nos forces principales sont la disponibilité et la réactivité. Petite par la taille, grande par les compétences, nous nous définissons comme une agence proposant les avantages d’un freelance (interlocuteur unique, facilité d’échange, circuit de validation court…) et disposant des compétences des grandes agences (plus de 30 ans d’expérience, ça ne s’invente pas !). La preuve ? Les plus grandes entreprises nous font confiance, certaines depuis plus de 20 ans. Produits présentés Forte de son expérience en IA et en vidéo, Créapix vous propose le team building augmenté : une journée pour renforcer les liens au sein de votre équipe, augmentée d’un livrable vidéo immédiatement exploitable en communication interne ou externe ! Et, cerise sur le gâteau, pas de trac : une coach expérimentée vous guide tout au long de la journée. Le matin : atelier d’IA générative pour concevoir le scénario, puis tournage des premières scènes avant un déjeuner convivial. L’après-midi : tournage final et montage en direct. Le groupe participe aux choix artistiques. En fin de journée, la vidéo (mp4) vous est remise. Créapix, agence de communication de proximité, vous propose cette journée immersive.
