L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

Petite Mu apporte un nouveau regard sur le handicap, avec de la spontanéité, de l'authenticité et de l’humour, en donnant la parole à ceux qu’on n'écoute jamais, ceux qu’on ne croit pas. Nous sommes tous et toutes concerné.es par le handicap invisible que ce soit les personnes en situation de handicap, les proches ou encore les aidants. Nous pouvons accompagner votre entreprise pour lever les tabous et déconstruire les clichées autour du handicap à travers des prises de paroles de personnes directement concernées, des formations et des campagnes de sensibilisation innovantes. Produits présentés Des interviews et des podcasts : On vous accompagne pour mettre en avant des témoignages de salariés en situation de handicap et des personnes qui les accompagne dans l'entreprise. Des expositions BD : Sensibiliser aux handicaps à travers la BD ? Petite Mu propose de concevoir des parcours illustratifs sous forme d'exposition pour découvrir et comprendre les enjeux du handicap invisible en entreprise. De la bande dessinée : La bande dessinée permet de mieux comprendre le quotidien des personnes en situation de handicap, des aidants, de vulgariser des concepts clés et d'aborder des sujets parfois difficiles avec légèreté. Nous proposons également des conférences, des tables rondes et formations.
