L’intelligence artificielle, de plus en plus intégrée aux outils RH, a occupé une place centrale, avec des démonstrations concrètes sur l’analyse prédictive des compétences, le recrutement assisté par IA et la personnalisation des parcours de formation. L’édition 2025 a également fait la part belle aux enjeux liés à la QVTC, mettant en lumière des dispositifs de prévention et de gestion des handicaps visibles ou invisibles.

MOBITEACH réveille la modalité synchrone de vos dispositifs d'apprentissage. “La première Live Training Platform” Notre solution hybride est une solution unique qui apporte de la sérénité aux Responsables Formation et qui va booster la qualité pédagogique des sessions de formation de vos animateurs. “Conçue par des formateurs pour des formateurs” Notre plateforme est née d’une demande EDF pour sécuriser l’acquisition des savoirs théoriques et harmoniser les pratiques de dizaines de milliers de prestataires amenés à intervenir sur les centrales nucléaires. Depuis, la solution MOBITEACH a été adoptée par d’autres clients (ADP, APAVE, DEKRA, DALKIA, ISOCEL, LEROY MERLIN, POLYSOUDE, IFF…) désirant également certifier leur parcours de formation. Produits présentés La société MOBITEACH distribue également les deux autres solutions incontournables et complémentaires du Digital Learning : 1 - xLMS - Learning Management System : c'est une solution en ligne puissante et polyvalente pour créer des dispositifs de formation sur mesure. Elle orchestre toutes les modalités asynchrones et synchrones pour développer les compétences et pérenniser les apprentissages. 2 - ELUCIDAT - Elearning authoring platform : c'est une solution collaborative en ligne simple et productive pour créer des contenus e-learning modernes et multidevices. Dernière nouveauté produits/services Construisez rapidement des applications ludiques et multi-joueurs ! La plateforme MOBITEACH diffuse également des applications sur-mesure, temps réel et multi-utilisateurs. Ces applications sont dénommées : Kapsule. L’utilisation d’une Kapsule dans une formation rend l’apprentissage plus vivant. Elle favorise les échanges car chacun participe en « live ». Cette simultanéité est un véritable atout pour procurer des expériences d’apprentissage dynamique et interactive entre les participants. |
